 Shipping Policy:
Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail or by USPS services whenever
possible, otherwise UPS is used. UPS is also used in some special
situations and you will be notified of this if required. Any and all
overseas non continental US shipments are by airmail at this time.
All out of the continental US shipments will be quoted as to ship cost
prior to shipping. You must provide a verified "ship to"
address so that we can process the estimated cost to ship. You can also
go to http://www.USPS or http://www.UPS.com to get
preliminary shipping info. You may request Next Day, Second Day, or
other special services, assuming that it is possible to meet such
requests. . Customer is responsible for ALL extra costs associated with
these services. We will only ship to the "Verified" address
for overseas shipments. Please don't ask us to ship to your buddies
house :)
For Credit Card Payments:
Because we are not yet set up with online secure ordering at this time
for credit card payments, Please call 616-245-3106 with your order and
ask for Sue. To make Credit Card orders a little easier at this time you
can click the PayPal order buttons to fill your order and then
"View Cart. When at the "View Cart" page, Chose
edit of your browser and/or "select all" then copy. You can
then print the "View Cart" Page for a call in order or paste
the "View Cart" order into an email and send it in for
Processing. The "View Cart" page can also be used for FAX
orders as well. If there is not a "buy" or Add to Cart"
button please provide the part number of the item you wish to purchase.
When Calling, if you get the answering
machine, please leave a phone number and approximate time for Sue to
return your call. You may also leave your Order and Credit
Card info and Phone Number on the answering machine. You may
also email or fax the needed information. Sue will call you back to
verify the order Or If emailed in your order will be verified by email
before shipping. If calling from a cell phone- Leave the phone number
TWICE!

Special Policies for
countries not listed above
Before placing an order, if you are not in
the United States, The UK, or Canada, Please email for Credit Card
country verification first.
There are many countries that we do not
accept credit card orders from due to high incidences of credit card
fraud and buyer fraud. In some of these countries there may also be
delivery problems. While this may not be you, we have no way of
knowing who is an honest customer and who is not. Due to credit card
company policies in these situations we are left holding the
"bag" so to speak even when the customer is the cheat. We have
no recourse to recover in many cases. There are also delivery problems
in some countries and this can cause a problem where the customer is
honest and we make every effort to deliver.
In these countries where we cannot accept
credit card orders, we will accept PayPal orders. If there is no PayPal
listed for your country, we will only accept prepaid orders from those
unlisted countries. Honest customers understand this and why we must
approach it this way. You can establish a solid business relationship
this way and we will get you taken care of. After a number of successful
orders we will then consider credit card purchases from you.
No Orders
We do not accept ANY orders from the following countries at this time:
Orders intended to ship directly to:
Afghanistan,
Brunei,
Cuba,
Indonesia,
Iraq,
Lebanon,
North Korea,
Peru
South Africa,
Israel and
Indonesia.
(but not limited to these)
are not accepted by PeteRC at this time.
The Following Applies to All Orders
We will not "Fudge" or knowingly falsify
invoices. For the couple of dollars made on most purchases, it is not
worth it to us, besides being against the law. I suggest you vote for
and elect representatives who will support fairer trade policies.
This is the way it has to be.
Warranty
Many Items are covered by the Manufacturer and as such
must be returned to the manufacturer or an authorized service facility.
When requesting return authorization from PetesRC, PetesRC will notify
you of such instances. It is your responsibility to maintain your sales
receipt for all returns, whether to the manufacturer or PetesRC.
Returns:
All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number ,
The original sales slip, and be postage paid. We will not accept ANY
return package that is sent COD, postage due, etc. AND no returns
will be granted without the original sales slip from PetesRC UNLESS it
has been authorized by PetesRC PRIOR to Product return. Further,
products must be in "As Shipped by PetesRC" condition. Items
that have been opened, partially assembled, damaged, abused, etc. will
be refused refund. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you receive a shipment that has
heavy damage to the package, refuse the shipment and notify us. If a
Package is damaged and has been accepted, do not open it. Contact us
imideatly and we will inform you on how to proceed from there.
Authorization Number
When contacting PetesRC for Return
Authorization number,
indicate the date purchased, the reason for requesting return, and if
product exchange or refund is requested. In the case of defective items,
it shall be at the discretion of PetesRC as to replacement repair or
refund.

Under no circumstances
shall PetesRC be responsible for any loss associated in any way with any
product purchased from the above entities beyond the original purchase
price of the item to the original purchaser.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine his or her
ability to safely use any product purchased. Radio Controlled Aircraft
and Helicopters products and their accessories are not toys and are not
to be treated as such or serious injury can result to the purchaser and
others. If you do not understand how to safely use the product you
purchased, get help from a qualified person.
